While many of our products are made-to-order or small-batch, we’re always here to help if something arrives less than perfect. Our boutique items are thoughtfully sourced and shipped directly from trusted partners. Since many of these pieces are made-to-order or produced in small batches, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means a replacement or store credit.
Please note: We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons (such as color or style), so we encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

 

Custom Made Goods ( The Sunday Picks)

Our printed items—like mugs, journals, and totes—are made on demand just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo and order number. We’ll file a claim and get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
